There are two ways to use Keen:
The website, and an 800 number. On the website, people looking for advice browse listings created by people offering advice on topics ranging from Personal Advice and Health to Computers and Taxes.
After finding an advisor they want to talk to and clicking his or her Call Now icon, members are connected to that person live over the phone. Members using the 800 number can enter an extension number to talk to an advisor they already know, or follow prompts to be connected to a new advisor in their chosen category.
Either way, because Keen places the call, the privacy of both parties is ensured; a Keen member's name, phone number and other personal information are never revealed.
